As we begin development of own web products in addition to our work for clients, we’re feeling stretched. We’re looking for two kinds of developers who share our obsession for detail:
For our client websites, we’re looking for people just getting started in this field. You will begin by working on smaller websites and front-ends for our applications - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP/Ruby. Interest and ability permitting, you can move on to our development team.
For our own products and client applications, we’re looking for PHP and Ruby developers. Your work won’t be confined to back-end programming though - we’re not built like that. You’ll also write front-end code, build and optimise data models, make project decisions, talk to clients, try new technologies, and generally have a lot of fun.
We’re trying to make working at CloudMint frictionless. What that means is, a) we won’t impose working hours or days and b) we’ll try not to have a hierarchy. As long as you enjoy your work, and are able to get it done, working at CloudMint will seem natural and pleasantly unconventional. You’ll be comfortable, but for now, don’t expect to work in a swanky office with a leg massager and designer address.
